Educationist
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Education, Mass Communication, Journalism or Broadcasting or equivalent. Fresh graduates can be considered.
* Possess gift of persuasive and creative writing, plus flexibility in preparing texts to suit the requirements of given situation.
* Possess strong creativity, independent and resourceful.
* Must be committed, responsible and a team player.
* Knowledge/experience in photography would be an added advantage
* Education / teaching experience and fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage
Responsibilities:
* Able to research and write articles plus create informational catalogues and pamphlets
* Support the website and blog by contributing relevant articles
Graphic & Web Designer
Requirements:
* Possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Graphic/Multimedia/Design/Advertising or equivalent.
* Posses artistic and illustrative skill
* Possess strong creativity, graphic knowledge and skills of the Adobe Suite tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash & etc.
* Must be creative, independent and resourceful
* Must be committed, responsible and a team player
* Knowledge of web programming (ASP, PHP, ActionScript, etc) is an advantage
Responsibilities:
* To support in website designing, updating & maintenance
* To support in graphic design for projects and to other departments such as flyer, banner, signage, posters, packaging, promotional items, menu, form, tags, illustration, mascot, icon, jpeg, etc.
* To support in running online marketing campaigns and other online projects
* To support in branding, conceptualising, decoration and visual improvements in the farm * Opportunity to work on international projects and nature related activities
Marketing and Promotions Executive
Requirements:
* Major in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
* Driven, resourceful, able to think innovatively, and are focused on delivering results.
* Possess a high degree of initiative, drive and commitment with good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, warm personality and ‘can do’ attitude.
* A team player, able to multi-task and work independently.
* Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office (Words, Excel and Power Point)
* Possess good negotiation and follow up skill.
* Understand basic business and management principles.
* Possess own transport.
Responsibilities:
* To liaise and coordinate with travel agencies, hotels and other entities on activities & promotions.
* To handle and coordinate all incoming rate enquiries.
* To assist in liaison with advertising media, agencies, press and other business partners to ensure all procedures are within the requirements of the Company.
* To assist in formulation, planning and execution of new marketing plans such as new event launches and promotions.
* To coordinate events, marketing & promotion activities for the company according to plan and strategies while meeting deadlines by working with various departments and provide necessary support to effectively achieve goals and targets.
* To assist in handling tourists/visitors complaints.
* To prepare monthly reports.
IT Support Officer
Requirements:
* Diploma in IT or with relevant Experience
* At least 1 or 2 years working experiences in supporting a network and server environment
Responsibilities:
* Provide full IT support, including maintenance and setup of computer hardware and software, server and network
* Liaising with suppliers for purchasing and customising of hardware and software
* Responsible for reporting and tagging of all IT equipments.
* Providing IT technical assistance to users
Café Supervisor
Requirements:-
* Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Tourism
* Minimum SPM or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service Management/ Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Minimal experiences in staff management/ supervision skills and inventory control.
* At least 1 years retail or restaurant or hospitality management experience
* Effective interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills and ability
* Multi-language speaking and writing, especially Chinese and English
Responsibilities:-
* To supervise daily operations of the Cafe
* Take order, serve and clean up
* Prepare beverage and side orders
* Periodic stock check and procurement for kitchen operation
* Interact with customers and ascertain feedback on level of food quality and service
Nature Specialist
Job Requirements:
* The applicant should be someone who likes nature and able to share the topic with farm visitors
* Must be able to converse well in English.
* Additional spoken languages will be an added advantage (Arabic / Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia/ Japanese)
* School leavers / Retirees / SPM / Diploma holders are welcome
* Knowledge in nature, butterflies, insects, plants and related topics are an added advantage
* Able to handle creepy crawlies, insects and reptiles
* Able to speak confidently and lead visitor groups
* Pleasant personality
Job Responsibilities:
* To give educational tours and guidance to all visitors of the farm
* To assist in daily Showtime and educational programmes
* To assist in projects, events and other nature related activities
* On-job training will be provided
